Sending you the biggest virtual hugs and rays of sunshine, I’m Rachel. A Diploma qualified kinesiologist, reiki healer, floral alchemist, PSYCH-K®️ facilitator and sacred feminine mentor, I truly believe that you are incredibly special, powerful and limitless.
Through one or a combination of my healing modalities, my greatest wish is for you to uncover the beauty and strength that lies within you, and share your light with the world, fearlessly.

I found my life’s calling after working with a beautiful kinesiologist after my first baby. Embarking on a journey of self-growth and learning, I’m immensely grateful to have the opportunity to assist people via holistic therapies that catalyse your body, mind and spirit’s healing process.
Not limited to the physical dimension, I also intuitively embrace an energetic, multidimensional perspective when guiding your transformation.

As your transformational guide, I can’t wait to join you on your journey. So, it’s only fair that you’re probably wanting to get to know me better, aside from the resume checklist.
Mother to two gorgeous humans, a son and daughter I enjoy my rituals and alone time. A bit of an introvert, you’ll find me creating beauty around the home and pottering in our garden, tending to our veggie patch and wildflowers. With deep reverence for our beautiful earth, its plants and its animals, bees and black cockatoos will always hold a special place in my heart. On a starry night, once the babies are in bed, you’ll find me outside in the stillness, staring at the night sky for hours.
I adore the beach and coastal lifestyle, the natural serenity that comes with it. A quiet adventurer, I love travelling to new places and exploring the local organic food and wine. Italian and Japanese are my alltime favourite cuisines to indulge in.
Travelling aside, I always love coming home to my studio, a cosy, dreamy place that’s filled with plants, crystals, comfort and beauty. You’ll be surrounded by books on transformation, ancient knowledge, candles and essences – Always open to new experiences and learnings, I could spend hours on end in the studio.
Despite my passion for the slow, mindful lifestyle, I definitely have a hidden wild streak that makes a guest appearance every so often - once upon a time, it was taking the dirt bike for a ride, and now it’s letting loose at the snow. A rebel with a cause, one might say.
