What exactly is kinesiology?

A powerful yet gentle healing modality, kinesiology utilises muscle reflex monitoring (biofeedback) to access and uncover information from your subconscious mind and body. An alternative health therapy, it draws on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, colour therapy, sound healing and other channels to holistically heal and transform your body, mind and spirit.

Diploma Certified and Registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA), I facilitate kinesiology sessions locally and worldwide.

A beautifully sacred space where you’ll feel seen, heard and safe, my clinic is located in Tumbi Umbi on the Central Coast of NSW. I’m also more than happy to conduct sessions over Zoom, the phone or email, for you to experience kinesiology in the comfort of your own home.

Kinesiology Sessions:

• Initial consultation: 90 minutes
• Follow-ups: 60 minutes

For Children (Ages 10 & Under):

All sessions for children are offered via phone/email.

• Initial consultation: 45 minutes
• Follow-ups: 30 minutes
